Refund and exchange policy
When your garment is not fitting well, you can exchange it for the correct size or you can ask for a refund (excl. shipping costs).
We only issue exchanges and refunds if the product is sent back to us within 2 weeks after you received it and when it is in perfect shape, just as you received it.
Extra shipping costs are covered by us in case the error is ours, they are covered by you when you decided for another size or color than your original order.
